WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Terms

Quiver Time products that come with a warranty card are covered for 3 years or 1 year from the date of purchase.
Warranty registration is optional and is provided solely for support reference purposes.

The warranty period enters into force from the date of delivery.

Customers may send an email with regard to a product covered by warranty, and provide all information requested by Quiver Time (e.g. photos of the damaged product)

Redelivery, replacement, or repair does not extend or renew the warranty period.

Warranties are non-transferable and only apply to the initial buyer.

    2. Warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • normal wear and tear, replacement of parts inherently susceptible to wear and tear, defects caused by wear and tear, or where consumables are concerned
  • defects caused by overdue maintenance
  • defects caused by auxiliary equipment, additional equipment, or other accessories not supplied or recommended by Quiver Time
  • defects due to use beyond the intended purpose
  • defects caused by product mishandling or product use not in accordance with the product’s user guide
  • defects caused by external factors, e.g., animals, dropping the product, lightning, excessive physical force, fire, natural disaster, transport in inadequate conditions, or significant exposure to water
  • inability to provide photographic evidence or explanations regarding the product damage
  • inability to provide reasonable proof of purchase
  • modifications made to the product that have led to the damage
  • stolen products or accessories
  • missing accessories that are not reported in the first month from purchase date
  • products that are not genuine Quiver Time products

The warranty is limited to compensation and/or repair of direct damage to the product and/or defects thereof. No additional right to claim damages from Quiver Time is covered by this warranty.

Quiver Time elects to extend this warranty for repair, replacement of defective parts, and product replacement. Quiver Time is entitled to replace defective products with an equivalent product.

After replacement of the defective product by an equivalent (replacement) product, the remaining warranty period applies from the date on which the original product that was replaced was delivered.

    3. Contacting Quiver Time

You can contact Quiver Time with regard to a claim of warranty by sending an email to wecare@quivertime.com with the following information:

  • product name
  • purchase reference (if available)
  • issue with the product

Quiver Time might ask you to provide documentary evidence with regard to the issues described in the email, before proceeding with a refund or replacement.

4. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These current terms and conditions, along with all other rules, terms and conditions published on this website, constitute the entire agreement between you and QUIVER TIME.

5. LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the legislation of Romania and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.
