The First Draw Giveaway – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The First Draw Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Quiver Time SRL, Str. Azurului nr. 1, bl. 113B, sc. A, ap. 27, et. 4, sect. 6, Bucharest, Romania, 061191 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Residents of jurisdictions where this Giveaway is prohibited or restricted by law, or of countries subject to comprehensive trade sanctions, are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on August 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on August 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the “Join the First Draw” survey during the Entry Period, including a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries, automated entries, or entries generated by script or bot will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary; completing the survey is free.

Joining the First Draw early access list is optional and does not affect your chances of winning.

5. Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive ten (10) packs of the new Artemis matte card sleeve line (110 sleeves per pack, 1,100 sleeves total per winner). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $129.90, based on a retail value of $12.99 per pack. Total ARV of all prizes: $649.50. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes will ship after the Artemis line enters production; estimated delivery no later than December 31, 2026. Sponsor will ship prizes internationally where lawful; any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the winner’s responsibility.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

Five (5) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about August 17, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. A winner must respond and confirm a valid shipping address within seven (7) days of notification, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrant emails are used to administer the Giveaway; marketing communications are sent only to entrants who separately opted in.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules, and to suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if it cannot be conducted as planned. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of a prize.

11. Not Sponsored by Platforms

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Google, Bluesky, X, or any other social media platform.

12. Winners List

For the names of the winners, send an email with the subject “First Draw Winners List” to wecare@quivertime.com within sixty (60) days after the drawing date.

13. Governing Law

This Giveaway and these Rules are governed by the laws applicable at the Sponsor’s registered seat, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of an entrant’s state of residence apply.
