Quiver Time Refund & Return Policy
General Return Information
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Quiver Time. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy.
This policy applies to all orders placed through the Quiver Time website. Certain additional terms apply to orders placed for business or resale purposes, as outlined below.
Order Cancellations
We accept cancellations before the order has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your unshipped order, please contact us immediately at wecare@quivertime.com or use our guided contact form. Please provide your order number to help expedite the cancellation process.
Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours during business days.
Order Issue Reporting Window (New Section)
Any issues related to an order must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date, including but not limited to:

Non-receipt of an order

Shipping damage
Requests submitted after this 30-day window may not be eligible for investigation, replacement, or refund.
For Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective, incorrect, or damaged by the carrier, we are prepared to rectify the issue through the following options:
- Return Eligibility: We accept returns of defective products.
- Return Method: Returns must be sent back by mail.
- Return Process: Contact us at wecare@quivertime.com with details of the issue and to receive return authorization and mailing instructions.
- Return Shipping Costs: Quiver Time covers all return shipping costs for defective products.
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item and include the original shipping cost. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
For Customer Remorse
This happens when you purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item. We understand that these things can happen and are here to help facilitate a smooth return process.
- Return Eligibility: Returns for customer remorse are accepted.
- Return Method: Returns must be sent back by mail.
- Return Process: Contact us at wecare@quivertime.com for return authorization and detailed instructions.
- Return Shipping Costs: No cost to the customer. Quiver Time will cover the return shipping costs for these returns.
- Return Window: Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fee is applied to returns due to customer remorse.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds include the original shipping cost and are issued to the original form of payment.
Business Orders (Additional Terms)
Orders placed for business, resale, or commercial purposes are subject to the following additional terms:
- All delivery, quantity, and condition issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery
- Orders not reported within this timeframe are considered accepted as fulfilled
- Orders older than 60 days from delivery are considered final and closed
- Quiver Time is unable to reopen, investigate, refund, or replace orders beyond this period
- These limitations exist due to carrier claim deadlines and inventory reconciliation.
